Take the M48 across the Severn Bridge (for which the toll is currently £6.00 for a car - free for blue badge holders), and immediately leave the M48, taking the A466 signposted for Chepstow and Monmouth.
Stay on this road around the outskirts of Chepstow, through Tintern and Llandogo and across Bigsweir Bridge (controlled by traffic lights).
Immediately after crossing the bridge, bear right up the hill following the signposts for Coleford. The entrance to Lindors is about ¾ mile along this road on the right.
Take the M50 which leads into the A40 towards Monmouth. Turn left onto the A466 (signposted Chepstow) at the traffic lights on the Monmouth by-pass.
After about 7 miles in the direction of Chepstow, take the sharp left signposted Coleford, immediately before Bigsweir Bridge. The entrance to Lindors is about ¾ mile along this road on the right.
Take the A40 towards Ross-on-Wye then left on to the A48 towards Chepstow for approximately 15 miles.
After passing through Blakeney, 1¾ miles turn right signposted for Bream, Whitecroft and Lydney. Drive into Lydney and turn right into Bream Road signposted B4231 to Monmouth and Coleford.
After 4½ miles turn right at the T-junction onto the B4228 towards Coleford then immediately turn first left towards Clearwell. After one third of a mile take the first left towards Bigsweir and the Wye Valley. After 3 miles you will find Lindors on your left.
Alternatively, take the M5, M50 and A40 towards Monmouth, and follow the directions above.

Brave the Shave is a fundraising campaign by Macmillian Cancer Support, the aim of the campaign is for people to shave their head to "stand proudly alongside men, women and children with Cancer"
After hearing an advert on the radio, Jenny felt inspried to do something in aid of the Macmillan Cancer Support and in memory of her sister, who sadly lost her battle against cancer in 2008.
Jenny would like to thank everyone from hotel guests, to her colleagues both at Treloyhan and the four other sister hotels, for their continued support and encouragement.
So far she has raised £1,238.00.
