Previous experience within a similar role is required. Duties to include the preparation and cooking of meals, for breakfast, lunch and dinners, upholding hygiene requirements, keeping the work area clean and tidy and running the kitchen during the head chefs absence.
This is a full time, all year position, 5 days a week.

Deputy Head Housekeeper
This unique 73 bedroom hotel is seeking a full time Deputy Head Housekeeper who can demonstrate a dedication to a quality service.
Assisting the Head Housekeeper, you’ll maintain Christian Guild Hotels’ high standards of cleanliness and efficiency ensuring that all of the core standards are implemented and adhered to in every one of our bedrooms and public areas.
You will assist in recruiting, training and overseeing a team of Room Attendants/Laundry staff, playing your part in controlling budgets, to assist in controlling man hours and wage costs and stock levels, and you will liaise with your team, trades people, line managers and the guests themselves.
Ideally you’ll already be in a supervisory role or looking to make the next move in your career. You will be customer-focused and have excellent team working and communication skills.
